Shipping & Returns:
Many items are handmade to order so please exercise patience. Processing time is 3-5 days, however, most orders ship within 3 days.
Unfortunately, expedited shipping is currently not available. I work hard to get orders out quickly and packages usually arrive within a week of being shipped.
The email you received once your order was processes will have a tracking number that allows you to see where your package is located and when it will arrive.
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
If there is a problem with your order please send me a message so that I can remedy the issue.
Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You also have the option to shop using Paypal and Apple Pay.
Custom orders require a 15% deposit. I will send you an invoice for the deposit. Once the custom piece is finished, I will send photos for approval. When the design is perfect, I will send a final invoice and ship the custom macrame piece.
